This page advertises itself as the new official home of soaplib, and
has made a release to PyPI. Does everyone agree with that?
http://github.com/jkp/soaplib

Should the old site be retired?  http://trac.optio.webfactional.com/

Is jkp the sole person who decides what can be merged into soaplib, or
is there going to be a community process? I am new to git and GitHub
and am unclear on how team collaboration works.
