Sorry for the delay in fixing this.

Oddly, 0.8.1 doesn't appear to be tagged in arksom/rpclib so when
soaplib/soaplib was forked, the tag was not present.

I did find the soaplib-0.8.1.tar file in the
https://github.com/downloads/arskom/rpclib/soaplib-0.8.1.tar but I
wish I could find the tag it's based on. This must have something to
do with the fragmented history of soaplib, when there were several
unconnected GitHub repos.

Anyway, that  0.8.1 version is now uploaded to PyPI. I didn't see the
issue with any of the other versions I checked; when I spot checked a
few they all had files uploaded to PyPI.
