[Shtoom] playout delay

Hi;
Sorry for the late reply.  But it is a playout delay not a microphone 
readin delay.  That is when I speak thru the other phones to shtoom, 
shtoom plays a delay version of the voice.  Any clue on how that can be 
fixed.
