pyFDA is a project that builds off of scipy.signal and is similar to
Matlab's filter design toolbox.

A stated goal is working towards fixed-point capability and has the
beginnings of HDL generation via myHDL.

would like to rectangle bound the eye  ,mouth corner etc
which detected by harris corner

but using kmeans can not rectangle the red area drawn by harris corner
