Hello,

I am announcing the release of SOLVCON 0.0.3. SOLVCON is a multi-physics,
supercomputing software framework for high-fidelity
solutions of partial differential equations (PDEs) by hybrid parallelism.

The source tarball can be downloaded at
https://bitbucket.org/yungyuc/solvcon/downloads . More information about
SOLVCON can be found at http://solvcon.net/ .

The biggest improvement of this release is the CUDA-enabled solver kernel
``solvcon.kerpak.cuse``. ``cuse`` module is designed to use either pthread
on CPU or CUDA on GPU. The release also contains many important features
for future development, including interface with CUBIT, incorporation of
SCOTCH-5.1 for partitioning large graph.

with regards,
Yung-Yu Chen
