Ah, it looks like Pearu commented it out of the setup.py file for some reason
that isn't explained in the commit log (revision 1874). Pearu, was that just a
mistaken commit, or is there a reason? If you found cluster to be nonfunctional,
it should be noted on the Trac, and then the package should possibly removed to
the sandbox.
