Hmm ... I don't know if we have any documentation on this.  You can
start by changing all references to scipy_base to, I think, scipy, and
running the convertcode.py script provided with numpy to convert
Numeric-specific code to use numpy instead.  Post any other questions
here (as specific as possible) and we can help you out.
