I removed the "preformatting" from the quote block (I initially was in a
hurry, so I wanted to preserve your ASCII formatting) and cleaned up the
formatting a little.

Rather than use '''bold''', I made your sections start with
== a level-2 header ==
which will be used to automatically generate a table of contents at some
later date.
