[SciPy-user] root locus

Does anyone out there have a root locus function written for scipy?  I
didn't see one in the signals package and didn't come up with anything
in Google.  I could use one right now and don't really want to write
it myself if it has already been done.  Are there other people working
in feedback control out there who would want to collaborate on a
controls package for scipy?
