[SciPy-user] Problem compiling scipy fromsvprepository

I installed scipy_core (ver 0.6.1) and after scipy from the svn repository. The installation went smoothly but when I tried to "import scipy" it complains that clapack_sgesv is missing. "nm clapack.so" discovered that all the function of the form clapack_xxx are undefined. Any ideas?

System: gentoo linux with blas+lapack+atlas, gcc3.3.6
