[SciPy-user] Problems with fmin_cobyla

Hi all,

I am going to solve a constrained optimization problem.

However I am running into trouble due to several eigenvalue constraints.
and I don't know how to invoke cobyla in that case.

Any poimter how to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
I have attached the source for completeness.
