[SciPy-user] scipy.test failed!

I've installed  SciPy-0.2.0_alpha_200.4161 which works fine, BUT the 
test failed:
 python -c "import scipy; scipy.test()"
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in ?
  File "__init__.py", line 109, in test
   
  File "__init__.py", line 116, in test_suite
   
ImportError: No module named testing

there is no file named testing.py available into scipy_test/ install 
directory but only a scipy_test module.
Is the installation failed or some files are missing ?
