[SciPy-user] How to use CVS etc.

In posts around June 4 I saw that the io.read_array that didn't read 
negative numbers was fixed and 'in CVS'. I'm currently using SciPy .2 
under Windows 2000. Is there some directions of how to get the fix into 
my setup. Sorry for being so stupid about this.  If I was in Linux I'd 
just download the new source and recompile etc. but I'm not sure what 
steps I've got to take in Windows.
