Those are components used by other mentioned libraries.  Freetype is
part of Chaco/Kiva.  You could use it on its own, but I'm not sure what
for. I'm not sure what BTrees is used in, but I'm betting it is part of
SQLite (most likely), GadFly or ZODB.
