[SciPy-user] Unit tests for compile_code.py returns ImportError

Hello

I solved my own problem. It seems that it is only an issue with the
latest mingw.  When I use the older version (19991024) which is on
Mumit Khan's site (and is linked to on the scipy.org site) the unit
tests pass OK.  I'll add a comment on the Installation page.
