[SciPy-user] SciPy build system

Greetings,

This may seem an odd request but is the SciPy build system available
anywhere? I am currently researching build scoreboard systems and have
failed to see anything usable for my situation and written in Python.  I am
really interested in the bit that collates the results from multiple builds
/ test suites and presents them.
