[Scipy-organizers] SpiPy Conference Brief Description Question

I'm not sure, but there's a way to find out. The interface is set up to
reject something over 400 characters, so go ahead and save your abstract
text somewhere for safety. Then, even if it might be too long as is, try
submitting your abstract and see what happens. If it is too long, you'll
get a warning and you'll have a chance to erase it and try again with
something shorter. The website won't let you submit something that is too
long. I promise, I just tested it.
