[Scipy-organizers] Question regarding talk registration

Dear all,

I plan to attend the SciPy conference and would also like to
contribute to the "Scientific Computing in Education" track (e.g.
giving a talk) but unfortunately it is not clear yet if I can come,
this depends if my proposal on financial aid will be approved or not.
Since both deadlines are the same, I'm now wondering how I should
proceed here: Shall I register for a talk, even if it's not clear that
I can come? Or shall I wait until I have a confirmation and then write
again a mail?
