[Scipy-organizers] Talk length

Hi,

I am giving a talk at SciPy next week, and just wanted to double check 
how long my talk should be - some of the time slots appear to be 30 min, 
while others are 15 min (even within a same session). Is this normal? 
Mine is scheduled for 30 minutes on Tuesday afternoon and the talk right 
after me has 15 minutes (I'd be happy for it to be split more evenly). 
How long should the talk itself be, and how much for questions?
