[Scipy-organizers] Launching the new website

If you go to "Dashboard" can you "Submit a New Proposal" and then select
"Talk/Poster" ?

Now that you mention this, I am a little worried that people won't read
"proposal" and think 'Talk submission.'
I'm afraid they might think "proposal" instead.
