[Scipy-organizers] Scientific Computing with Python Conference 2014

Hi,

Here its Nitin Agarwal, an open source software developer and enthusiast. I
am currently pursuing Computer Science and Engineering at International
Institute of Information Technology INDIA. I am currently working with the
Python Software Foundation open source organisations namely, Sympy and
Sunpy and looking to Astropy too.

I am looking forward for the Scientific Computing with Python Conference
2014 at Austin, Texas. I would like to know when the financial assistance
application will open for the conference phase.

Attending this conference would be an enriching experience and best
investment of the time, will help me to interact with the community members
exploring myself with the new development modules in Python.
