Same here, I'm happy to do it but Tyler did a great job last time around
and I also have lost of other ideas of things to work on:)

No other takers, so Tyler will be the release manager. Thanks a lot for
offering Tyler!

Though OSX wheels are really really frightening me

It's a matter of changing one commit hash in a config file and pushing a
commit - the rest is all automated. Wheels are mostly a smooth experience
these days.
