There are 0 remaining PRs with a 1.2.0 milestone.

There is one issue left with a 1.2.0 milestone:

Please do take a look over the release notes WIP PR based on the wiki:
https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/9461

Target is to branch in 5-6 hours or so. Let me know if you see any issues
of course -- Ralf has been coaching
me through pretty well so far I think.
