[SciPy-Dev] GSoC proposal -- Help!

Hello, sorry to send this out again, but no one responded last time. I'm
proposing to work on scipy sparse for this GSoC. My proposal is
titled: Improvements to the sparse package of Scipy: support for bool dtype
and better interaction with NumPy

Please let me know if you think there is anything I can do to improve it!
