[SciPy-Dev] Deprecating misc.radon

Hi all,

Would anyone be opposed to deprecating misc.radon for 0.11? It's a small
untested and undocumented function that doesn't really fit anywhere. In
scikit-image there's a much better-looking radon function, see
http://scikits-image.org/docs/dev/auto_examples/plot_radon_transform.html.
