[SciPy-Dev] SciPy Central: a file and link sharing site - now active

Hi

The SciPy Central website is now active and waiting for high-quality
code snippets and links to scientific resources of interest to the
SciPy community.

The website is at http://scipy-central.org and you can read some
background about the site's history at http://scipy-central.org/about

While we are officially in beta-mode, the site should be pretty
stable. If you detect any bugs, or have any suggestions for
improvements, please post them at
https://github.com/kgdunn/SciPyCentral/issues/
