[SciPy-Dev] 2to3 backup files in scipy installers

Hello,

the scipy 0.9 rc5 installers for Python 3.1 contain many *.bak files 
created during the 2to3 conversion. A patch is attached.

Other than that, for the first time I got scipy.test() to run without 
any crashes, errors, or failures on win-amd64-py2.7. Much better than 
the 16 errors and 9 failures reported for scipy 0.8b1
