Any of these looks fine - I like "Mailing lists" best (FWIW).

Concerning the navigation tabs on the left hand side:
Maybe "Topical Software" should be moved further down
(maybe just before "Developer zone" ?)

Are all those
    * Login
    * MoinMoin Powered
    * Python Powered
    * Valid HTML 4.01
under "User" necessary?

The new site is a big step - many thanks to all who have made this
possible!
