[SciPy-dev] CBLAS on OSX

I was under the impression that both CBLAS and LAPACK were provided
by the Apple Developer Tools. However, during a test of scipy, I get
the following message:

WARNING: cblas module is empty

See scipy/INSTALL.txt for troubleshooting.
Notes:
* If atlas library is not found by numpy/distutils/system_info.py,
then scipy uses fblas instead of cblas.
****************************************************************
Is this message in error, or is something really missing?
