Would a `#FORMAT rst` in the first line of a page
(e.g. as I used here: http://new.scipy.org/Wiki/ArndBaecker )
be ok as well?

P.S.: Somehow the wiki seems a bit slow, not sure
if it is the overall connection speed:
  ping new.scipy.org
  PING new.scipy.org (216.62.213.231) 56(84) bytes of data.
  64 bytes from 216.62.213.231: icmp_seq=1 ttl=40 time=170 ms
does not look that bad, or ?
