[SciPy-dev] Long live to numpy (and its list as well)

Hi,

Now that numpy is dead and we all want a long life to numpy, what
about moving discussions in this list into the venerable:

"numpy-discussion <numpy-discussion at lists.sourceforge.net>"

I think this would be more consistent with the new naming conventions
and also would be a good way to publicly re-affirm that the numeric
community has joined efforts again.

Of course, dicussion on numpy should (and must) be welcomed in scipy
lists, but the numpy-discussion would be *its* place.
