Hi,

I just tried to put my personal page into the homepage category.
  http://www.scipy.org/CategoryHomepage
It seems to have worked, but
  http://www.scipy.org/ArndBaecker
is using restructured text and this seems to be a bit
incompatible with the text

  ----
  CategoryHomepage

which is added to support the Category.

Presumably not worth any effort to correct this, but
I wanted to mention it.

I have also put my personal installation notes at
  http://www.scipy.org/ArndBaecker/InstallScipy
(hope this is ok?). Feel free to reuse it at whatever place.
