I agree.  One more thing.  Should scipy_core repos be put into a
directory of the scipy repository?  Presumably, at some points we may
want to be able to svn mv files between the two anyways and this of
course makes more sense to have them both available through the same
trac interface.  Maybe I am missing the original reasoning for the
seperation though.
