[SciPy-dev] Wish list for missing features in scipy

Hi all,

I wonder, if there is a central place at scipy.org to leave proposals
for features so far unsupported which might become a part of scipy in
the future.

I have in mind some functions like

polyeig     polynomial eigenvalue problems
logm        matrix logarithm
...
