Really. Hmmm.  This makes it sound even more like an ATLAS issue.  So, I'll
restate things as "cdotu" is failing on a boat load of configurations.  Pearu, I
think we should check cdotu in the module import.  If it fails, then replace it
with zdotu.  Hmmm.  I guess this isn't easy because it is all an extension
module.  Well, I'm willing to comment it out for now.  i don't want to hold
things up over such a minor corner of the package.

As for the gcc-3.x failures, I expect this will be the case with the 0.2 release
also.  We'll look at gcc-3.x for the next release.
