[scikit-image] interactive segment function in skimage 0.14

I found there are several interactive segment method in 0.14 version here. These method are very useful in many case, But they need a interactive enviroment to make the initial seed/rectangle/contours. So I would integrade these method in ImagePy, I will tell you when it is completed.
