Hi everyone,

I was working on the panorama stitching example, and adding images to the
repository (
https://github.com/NelleV/scikits.image/commit/50ff69389bc3458eb1cfb263d14730f5c037e135
).

Talking with Gaël about this, I realized it probably wasn't the best idea
to clutter the repository with images probably no one else will use.
In scikit-learn, data used for examples is downloaded from internet only
when used,, and stored in the user home folder.

What do you think about implementing this for skimage ?

Thanks,
N
