[Pythonmac-SIG] PyObjC 3.0.1 on PyPI

It does not compile on OSX 10.6.8 / Py 2.7.9 32-bit only

It tries to compile AVKit which is not available on 10.6.

The file pyobjc-framework-AVKit/setup.py needs the following line in setup()

	min_os_level="10.9",
