Yes, unfortunately, 3.2b2 has not appeared yet.  FWIW, the beta 1 
installer is still available here:

http://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.2/python-3.2b1-macosx10.3.dmg

I'm sure there will be an rc1 installer.
