Do you have the 10.4 universal SDK installed? If you have that ' / 
Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk' exists on you machine. If that  
directory doesn't exist you should reinstall Xcode and use the  
'Customize...' button during installation to select the 10.4u SDK.
