I've posted several items at the Tkinter developer wiki that I think
might be of interest to Tkinter developers working on Mac OS X, given
the frequent concern expressed about how deficient the look-and-feel of
the basic Tk widgets are under Aqua. My posts are about integrating Tile
(http://tktable.sourceforge.net/tile), which provides platform-native
theming (based on the Appearance Manager API on OS X),  and TableList
(http://www.nemethi.de, http://wiki.tcl.tk/5527), a powerful
multi-column listbox widget, into Tkinter
applications. I've noted a serious lack of resources/documentation about
these two powerful Tk components. In addition to some documentation,
screenshots, and sample applications, I've posted updated versions of
the original TableList and Tile wrappers by Martin Franklin.

Note that the screenshots in the pylocate pages were taken under OS X.
