Not for me, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I tried:
./configure CC="sh gcc-fat.sh"
and got:
checking for gcc... sh gcc-fat.sh
checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C
compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.
config.log wasn't helpful
So I tried making gcc-fat.sh executable, and:
./configure CC=./gcc-fat.sh
Same problem.
It makes me wish I actually understood this stuff!
Off to try some more things....
