[Pythonmac-SIG] Universal MacPython 10.3.9

hello, using the current UniversalBinary distro 2.4.3 of MacPython 
under 10.3.9 IDLE launches but then I get a spinning wheel which never 
stops.  is this version Tiger only?  otherwise I guess it's my setup...
