Yes, that is one of its goals, but honestly, I don't care enough to 
research it myself.  I don't write Tkinter applications.  It's up to 
the community to figure out what's wrong with Tcl and tell me how to 
fix it.  Either that, or find a way to make me care (i.e. monetary 
bribe).
