Of course, perhaps the right thing to do is use Jython with Swing.
That way you get to use Python with an Apple-supported binding to
Cocoa.  Or perhaps IronPython on Mono with GTK#, if Jim H. hasn't been
swallowed by the beast.  I guess we'll know in March if IronPython
lives.
