[Pythonmac-SIG] the "special" menus

How can I get at (change, add things to) those "special" menus the 
system adds without my intervention? I mean the one that gets the app's 
name (which happens in a plist object, right?) and usually has an About 
box, and the Help menu at the right end. The wxMenu... series doesn't 
seem to have a place for this, so I assume there's an OS hook somewhere 
-- right? I haven't been able to find documentation on this in the wx 
world, though I imagine it's there.
