[Pythonmac-SIG] In panther where are Python Carbon files Qd, Quickdraw, etc?

I already have Xcode 1.5 installed (the latest, I think).  I did a file 
search and they don't show up.  Where are your Qd.py, etc. files 
located?  Maybe there's an option to install them from Xcode and I 
missed that.
