It's part of PyObjC (the Python to Objective C, and hence Cocoa, 
bridge).
You need to install it separately. This is easiest through the Package 
Manager. (And if you don't have the Package Manager: go to 
http://www.cwi. nl/~jack/macpython and download the MacPython for 
Panther Additions).
