[Pythonmac-SIG] Packman Question

Hi -

I think I'm seeing a upgrade from 10.2.x to 10.3 issue here. I''ve 
installed the MacPython (MacPython-Panther-2.3-2.dmg) additions, and 
when I try to start Packman it bounces a couple of times and then the 
icon goes away. Is there a way I can fix this behavior without having 
to anything drastic like a clean system install?
