I have it running. There is a hard code reference to 2.2 in its code.

dyld: /Applications/PyOXIDE.app/Contents/MacOS/PyOXIDE can't open 
library: Python.framework/Versions/2.2/Python  (No such file or 
directory, errno = 2)
